Faye Robert Property • Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Building an Effective Real Estate Marketing Platform for Faye Robert Property
Faye Robert had listings, local market knowledge, social channels, and access to major property portals. What she did not have at the start of this real estate website case study was a dedicated digital platform that connected those assets into a clear path for buyers, investors, sellers, and foreign prospects.
VantEdge Growth Marketing built Faye Robert Property as a searchable real estate website and ongoing marketing platform for Kota Kinabalu and wider Sabah. It brings property inventory, development promotion, local and foreign-buyer guidance, agent presentation, enquiry routes, content, and measurement into one system that Faye’s team can keep expanding. This real estate website case study details how a VantEdge Instant Site is helping Faye’s business in real time.

Good Listings Were Competing Inside Other People’s Platforms
Before the project, Faye did not have a dedicated website. Her online presence was spread across social media, occasional TikTok and YouTube content, and paid property portals. Most online leads came through services such as PropBuddy, iProperty, and PropertyGuru, where her listings appeared alongside competing agents and properties.
That model gave Faye places to advertise, but it did not give her a dedicated destination where prospects could learn about her team, compare developments, research Kota Kinabalu, understand foreign-buyer questions, and move through a consistent enquiry path. Portal leads were also few and far between relative to the subscription cost she was paying.
Much of the remaining promotion happened offline through open houses, trade-show-style displays, and events. Those activities can still be useful, but there was no central website to capture the interest they created and keep the buyer journey moving after the event.
Portal dependence
visibility depended heavily on third-party listing environments.
Disconnected channels
social, video, portals, and offline activity did not feed one dedicated system.
Limited buyer education
there was no content library to answer location, investment, ownership, or foreign-buyer questions before contact.
Passive lead flow
the setup relied largely on prospects finding an individual listing and deciding to enquire.
Limited local search presence
Faye did not yet have fully developed Google Business Profile and Bing Places listings to strengthen branded and local search visibility.
Give Every Marketing Channel Somewhere Better to Send the Prospect
The answer was not simply to move Faye’s portal listings onto a new domain. The website needed to become the permanent base for her real estate marketing: a place where search traffic, referrals, social activity, offline promotion, development campaigns, and direct enquiries could all connect.
VantEdge organized the platform around the decisions prospects make before they contact an agent. Visitors can start with a property, a location, a development, an investment question, or foreign-buyer research and still reach a relevant next step. That structure also gives future SEO, multilingual content, email, WhatsApp, and paid campaigns useful destinations instead of sending every prospect to the homepage.

05 Follow Up

More Than a Property Listing Website
VantEdge built Faye Robert Property as an active marketing platform rather than a website that simply displays available properties. The structure connects property discovery with development information, location research, buyer education, agent expertise, and clear ways to make contact.
A visitor can arrive looking for a particular property, compare homes across Kota Kinabalu, research a development or neighbourhood, explore opportunities for foreign buyers, or learn about the buying process. Each route provides a logical next step instead of leaving the visitor at a dead end.
The platform was also built to grow. Faye’s team can continue adding listings and property media, while VantEdge manages the wider website structure, search content, marketing pages, SEO, analytics, and ongoing improvements.
What the Platform Connects
-
Property Discovery
Search, filter, map, compare, and browse properties by location, type, status, features, price, and other useful criteria. -
Development Marketing
Dedicated development content gives major Kota Kinabalu projects more room for research, presentation, and lead generation than an individual portal listing. -
Buyer and Location Research
Area pages, guides, investment information, and service content help prospects answer questions before they are ready to contact an agent. -
Foreign-Buyer Journeys
Foreign-buyer information, eligible properties, investment content, and Malaysia MM2H-related resources create a clearer path for overseas prospects. -
Lead and Agent Connections
Forms, callback requests, phone, email, WhatsApp, and agent profiles give interested prospects several practical ways to move from research to a conversation.

Make New Projects Easier to Find, Compare, and Promote
A major objective of this real estate website case study is to help Faye capture a larger share of Kota Kinabalu development sales. The site therefore treats developments as a deliberate marketing category rather than burying them inside a general listing feed.
Development pages can combine pricing, unit information, location, images, project features, status, foreign-buyer eligibility where applicable, and clear enquiry options. The dedicated developments hub gives campaigns, articles, social posts, and future paid advertising a relevant destination for prospects who are specifically evaluating new projects.
Turn Each Listing Into a Useful Decision Page
Individual FRP property pages are built to carry far more information than a simple portal card. They can present image galleries, price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, location, status, development information, features, agent details, map context, and direct enquiry options in one place.
The benefit is practical: better-presented listings give a serious prospect more context before the first conversation and give Faye’s team a page they can send directly through WhatsApp, email, social media, or a follow-up message.
*Faye’s team handles listing entry and has done an excellent job supplying property data and media, allowing the platform to present the inventory strongly.
Answer the Questions Buyers Ask Before They Search for a Specific Property
Property pages can capture demand that already exists. Useful content expands the opportunity by answering earlier questions: where to live, how buying works, what property costs beyond the asking price, how developments compare, what investors should examine, and what rules may affect an overseas purchaser. This part of the real estate website case study also shows how useful search content can bring prospects into the platform before they are searching for a specific listing.
FRP now has a growing library of search-focused guides tied to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah property, foreign buyers, MM2H, investment, retirement, area comparisons, and buying decisions. Those pages create additional entry points into the website and give Faye’s team useful resources to share during real conversations with prospects.
Buyer guidance
buying steps, fees, property types, and due diligence questions.
Local Expertise
areas, neighbourhood comparisons, access, lifestyle, and practical fit.
Development comparisons
help buyers compare projects instead of evaluating each in isolation.
Investment content
costs, rental logic, market context, risks, and decision criteria.
Foreign buyer and MM2H information
early orientation before a prospect chooses a property.
Internal paths
guides connect readers to listings, developments, service pages, and enquiry options.

Extending Visibility Beyond the Website
VantEdge also established Faye Robert Property’s local business presence by creating and completing her Google Business Profile and Bing Places for Business listings. These profiles give prospective clients another way to find and verify the business through branded and local searches, while connecting Faye’s contact details, website, service area, and business information across major search platforms. Together with the website and its expanding search content, they create a broader search presence rather than leaving visibility dependent on property portals alone.
Give Overseas Buyers Useful Answers Before Asking Them to Enquire
Foreign-buyer lead generation was a priority from the start of this real estate website case study. Faye wants the platform to reach people considering Kota Kinabalu for investment, lifestyle, retirement, or participation in Malaysia’s MM2H programme, with multilingual expansion planned once the data shows which nationalities deserve the strongest focus.
The website gives those prospects a more useful starting point than a generic contact page. They can learn about Sabah ownership considerations, review foreign-buyer guides, compare areas and developments, identify listings marked as Foreign Buyer Eligible, switch displayed currency for easier comparison, and then contact Faye when they have a more defined question.
The Foreign Buyer Journey
-
1. Orient
Understand Sabah, Kota Kinabalu, ownership questions, and MM2H-related considerations. -
2. Narrow
Compare areas, property types, developments, budgets, and investment or lifestyle priorities. -
3. Shortlist
Review suitable listings and development pages, including Foreign Buyer Eligible properties. -
4. Enquire
Move to WhatsApp, phone, email, or a structured form with clearer context for the first conversation.
Make the Next Conversation Easy to Start From More Than One Page
A prospect does not have to follow one rigid funnel through FRP. Someone may arrive from Google on a buyer guide, open a development from WhatsApp, land on an agent profile from a referral, or begin on the homepage and search the inventory. The important part is that useful pages keep a sensible route to contact nearby.
FRP combines direct-call and WhatsApp actions with enquiry and callback forms so the visitor can choose the contact method that suits the situation. Property, agent, and information pages can therefore support the same commercial objective without forcing every visitor back to a generic contact page.
Search or Referral
useful guide, area page, property, development, or agent profile
Research
compare listings, developments, areas, buyer information, and foreign-buyer guidance
Intent
open a property or relevant service page and review details
Contact
WhatsApp, call, email, enquiry form, or callback request
Follow-up
Faye or her team takes ownership of the conversation and records outcomes as the lead process matures
A Marketing Platform Has to Be Practical for the Team Behind It
The public website is only half the system. Faye’s team needs a practical way to keep property inventory current while VantEdge handles the wider website, SEO, content, technical work, agent management, and ongoing improvements.
The FRP agent dashboard gives the team a structured working area for listing entry and management, while dashboard reporting and analytics features provide a place to review activity as useful data accumulates. This separation of responsibilities lets Faye’s team concentrate on accurate property information and media without requiring them to manage the website build itself.
Listing Entries & Updates
add property data, media, prices, status, features, and other listing details through a dedicated agent workflow.
Property Management
review active inventory and keep listing information current as availability changes.
Agent Level Working Area
provide a clear interface for the people responsible for property content instead of sending them into the full administration area.
Analytics and activity views
use the reporting panels that are enabled on the live dashboard as an operational reference.
Shared responsibility
Faye’s team maintains listing data; VantEdge manages the platform, technical work, SEO, content, broader site structure, and support.

The Platform Is Live. The Commercial Evidence Comes Next.
FRP launched in July 2026, so it is too early to make responsible claims about organic rankings, traffic growth, lead volume, conversion rates, or property sales attributable to the website. Those results will be added to this real estate website case study only after a meaningful measurement period and clear attribution records exist.
What can already be demonstrated is the operating platform now available to Faye and her team: a dedicated website, structured inventory, development presentation, foreign-buyer pathways, a growing content library, agent profiles, enquiry options, mobile-responsive presentation, analytics infrastructure, and a repeatable process for ongoing expansion.
Dedicated marketing base
Faye now has a destination she controls rather than relying solely on portals and social platforms.
Expandable inventory
property and development data can be added and updated as the team’s active inventory grows.
Search-focused content base
guides and market-specific pages create additional ways for prospects to discover and use the site.
Foreign-buyer path
dedicated information, eligibility labels, and relevant listings support a priority audience from the beginning.
Operational foundation
team workflows, enquiry routes, analytics, technical performance work, and ongoing management are in place for the next phase.

What This Real Estate Website Case Study Demonstrates
This real estate website case study shows what changes when a website is treated as the centre of a marketing system rather than a digital brochure. The individual pieces are useful on their own. The larger value comes from connecting them so the prospect can keep moving and the team has a dedicated platform to keep improving
Positioning
make it clear who the agent serves, where she works, and what property decisions she can help with.
Dedicated Platform
build a permanent base for listings, expertise, enquiries, referrals, and campaigns.
Searchable Inventory
make property and development discovery easier than scrolling through disconnected posts.
Useful Content
answer the questions that occur before, during, and after the shortlist stage.
Lead paths
keep WhatsApp, calls, forms, and callback options close to the pages where intent develops.
Measurement and improvement
collect evidence over time and use it to decide which content, campaigns, markets, and conversion paths deserve more attention.
Your Listings Should Have Somewhere Better to Lead Than Another Portal Page
Send Us a Message
If this real estate website case study reflects some of the gaps in your own marketing, a stronger website can give portals, social media, WhatsApp, email, and offline activity a shared destination. The right structure can also make it easier to promote developments, publish useful market content, attract specialist audiences, and turn interest into a clearer enquiry.
VantEdge builds real estate websites around the way agents and buyers actually work. We can review your current setup, identify the pages and lead paths that matter most, and recommend a practical build rather than forcing every business into the same package.
