The VantEdge Growth Marketing Agency was founded by Richard Gastmeier, a Canadian business owner with more than twenty years of experience building, operating, and marketing online businesses.

Richard founded RV Part Shop and developed it into a long-running ecommerce business serving RV owners across North America. He later expanded into digital publishing and other outdoor recreation markets through businesses and websites covering RV travel, camping, marine products, and powersports. That history involved far more than launching websites. It included ecommerce operations, product management, content publishing, search marketing, customer service, conversion improvement, supplier relationships, and the day-to-day decisions required to keep a business moving forward.

Those years shaped the VantEdge approach. Richard understands marketing from the client’s side of the desk. He knows that every recommendation must make sense financially, fit the available workload, support the sales process, and produce practical value.
